Josh McGuire

I have called Colorado home since I was 14, when my family moved from Texas. That transition could have been a disaster, but an incredible Real Estate Agent stepped in and completely changed that experience for us, helping us start our next chapter in Colorado with a much better pathway toward success. Watching someone guide my family through a stressful move left a deep impression on me, and it planted the seed for what I do today.
 
Before entering real estate, I spent 15 years as a Director of Fitness and personal trainer. My entire career centered on listening to people’s goals, creating clear pathways to achieve them, and keeping the process as simple and stress-free as possible. That same mindset carries directly into my work as a Real Estate Agent.
 
Whether my clients are buying or selling, I’m focused on helping them enter their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and a plan that actually makes sense for their lives.
